We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unused, in their original packaging, and in an undamaged condition.
  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., pet food, plants).
  • Hygiene-related products (e.g., grooming tools, pet bedding).

3. Return & Refund Process

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
  • Description of the issue

Based on your case, we may offer:

  • A full or partial refund to the original payment method or, if preferred, as store credit.
  • A replacement item at no extra cost if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • A return label if applicable.

Important: Each case is individually reviewed, and in some situations, returning the original item may not be required. However, clear photographic evidence of the issue is necessary before any refund or replacement is issued.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

Hurkles covers return shipping costs only if the return is initiated within the 30-day period. Beyond this timeframe, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval and issued to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
